Write your 250 word summary and collate your supporting evidence ​(maximum of 6 pages). Remember you can enter yourself or on behalf of someone you know.

Your entry is now with our expert panel of judges who will whittle the submissions down to a shortlist of just 35 (obviously!).
They'll also pick the three best entries to be named RISING STARS OF THE YEAR.
Congratulations, you've been named on the 35 under 35 shortlist!

Applicants need to be 35 or under by September 16th 2026 to apply. Applications will be judged retrospectively on the previous year.
